Conference Registration
There are 4 types of registrations listed below: Full Conference, Daily, Educational and Student. Please register for only one type.

Option 1: Full Conference Registration
Includes all Special Events, Workshops and Tours of your choice for each day and transportation as provided.

Option 2: Daily Registration
Do not select any of these options if you have already chosen "Full Conference Registration" above.
Includes workshops, tours and all special events for that day. Please be sure to mark you workshop and tour choices in later in this form.

Events include the Opening Session and Annual Meeting Luncheon at Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa; and the Opening Reception at the
Mound House.

Events include the Awards Ceremony at the Edison Park Elementary School and the Awards Closing Reception at the Edison and Ford Winter Estates.

Option 3: Educational Registration
Educational Conference Registration includes workshops and tours on Thursday and Friday. Special Events and tours with additional costs will need to be registered for separately. Please be sure to mark your workshop and tour choices in the appropriate sections below

Option 4: Student Registration
There is no cost for current students with valid ID. Current student ID card or proof of enrollment will be required. Student
Registration includes workshops and tours as available. Special Events and tours with additional costs as marked on the registration form will need to be registered for separately.
