I Have a Historic Building - Now What do I Do?

You have a historic building, now what do you do with it? This workshop is designed to assist in planning a restoration project. Participants will learn how to assess their historic building, and hear about federal, state, and local financial incentives programs. Speakers will offer tips and advice on implementing the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, creating a project timeline and budget, the process of working with local permitting agencies, and how to find restoration contractors and suppliers.
