The Preservation Foundation will be presenting this year’s Historic Properties Workshop on Thursday, November 6th. It is the ninth historic properties workshop in as many years. It is open to the public and free to all.

The workshop is designed to create an awareness within the community about the treatment and maintenance of historic properties. Property owners, real estate brokers, architects, builders, city planners, Town serving members of the Landmarks Preservation Commission, ARCOM and Town Council are among the target audience.
The program’s goal is to provide the public with practical information about the various facets of historic properties in Palm Beach and the town as a whole. Participants will develop a better understanding of historic properties.
The lectures and discussion will be held at the Foundation’s offices in The Rosenthal Lecture Room from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 6th, 2014. The offices are located at 311 Peruvian Avenue.
