Join us (either in person or virtually) for an evening of food, fun and celebration of Italy's heritage through delicious cuisine with Fat Tuscan, a cooking school in Gainesville specializing in authentic Italian cuisine.
We are teaming up with the Fat Tuscan, housed in the historic Vidal House in Gainesville, for a cooking demonstration and preview of our educational travel program to Italy in November. Michelle Reeves-Gioviti will share her family's Italian culture while working with you to make flatbread pizza. You can follow along in your own kitchen or join us in person (limited space available!) at the cafe kitchen.
For those attending virtually, a grocery list will be provided one week in advance so you can cook with us! For those who would like to cook with us in person, please note that there is a limit of 15 on-site participants. The special class will walk you through making the dough, adding toppings, and baking your flatbread pizza. Join us!
